Out of the enthusiasm for collecting and playing Magic the Gathering, the friends Michael Jakubassa (CEO) and Markus Kellers founded the company TRADER more than 20 years ago. The goal that has driven us since then remains unchanged to this day. We strive daily for improvement and optimization for players and collectors to offer you the best possible support for your hobby and our common passion.

Having all the cards of the game available at any time and offering you the best possible place to play have always been the pillars of the company. The slogan "Good cards, Good Games!" reflects our company philosophy 100%.

Seriousness, competence and speed distinguish us and established TRADER since 1996 as Germany's leading Magic & Yu-Gi-Oh! mail order company, which offers the largest assortment of cards in Germany. We ship several thousand single cards per month. TRADER is also your competent partner when it comes to collection sales.

The TRADER League tournaments have been Germany's largest monthly Magic event since 1996, with a participant average of well over 100 players. With the largest monthly prize distribution in Germany and annual league prizes, both professional players and regular players are considered in the awarding of prizes.

Until the discontinuation of the German fantasy print media, TRADER was regularly represented with full-page ads and columns in the largest German trade magazine, the "Kartefakt". The TRADER catalog was the binding price list for trading cards in Germany for more than 10 years.
