We ship worldwide. If a country is not listed in the table below, please ask for your individual shipping costs before your order. Contact us with your address as well as the total weight of the order (see information in cart) or the order itself.

Self Pick Up

You can also pick up your order directly in our store in Reken (NRW). Our office hours are Mondays til Fridays, 8am up to 7pm.

Please note that any additional costs like tariffs or fees for bank wiring are your responsibility.

Delivery periods

As far as no other period is indicated (note the corresponding release date for pre-sale products!), the delivery of the goods in Germany usually takes place within 5 working days, for EU foreign deliveries within 6 days. Some standard delivery times for shipments outside the EU might be significantly longer. If prepayment was agreed, we ship after receipt of payment.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

The stated transit times represent empirical values, the actual transit time may vary depending on the situation and depends on the shipping service provider.

Orders with Presale Items

If your order contains items with different delivery times (again presale goods with a fixed release date) we will ship your order in one package unless you pay for additional shipping. Time of delivery for the order is based on the item with the latest availability.

Magic Presale Items will be shipped on the day of the release. You can pick up orders on release date.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Presale Items will be shipped one day before the release. You can pick up orders on release date.

Customs notice

When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred as part of your order, which are not paid through us or invoiced by us, but are payable by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Additional Payment Information

If you pay by direct debit, you enable us to debit your bank account. This may be cancelled any time. We debit your account as soon as we ship your order.
